Difference on a high at Yankee Stadium and a bomb at Coors Field?
Was just lookin some things and thought this was very good. Yankee Stadium in 55 feet on sea level, Coors Field in 5000 over approx. expected time July 14th at Yankee Stadium – July 81 degrees of schedule at Coors Field 14a – 90 degrees (Al July 11) for each 1,000 feet taller than you are, the ball will go beyond 6 feet. Every 10 degrees temperature. is 4-foot ball go farther. Every 10 degrees more the ball will go from 4 feet away. Wind at 10 mph can kill / push ball up 30 feet short / farther. A 398 m fly to left center at Yankee Stadium could have gone 436 ft at Coors Field. Going from the warning track "aww" creator at Yankee Stadium, no doubt, in a 30th row ooooh "Bomb" creator at Coors Field. Just wanted to share it with you. I think it's great.
